As of June 2009, we only ship using USPS.
All orders are shipped on Wednesdays ONLY, to ensure prompt and fresh delivery.
Shipping rates will vary by destination, weight, and package size. Exact shipping prices are provided during check-out.
If you select in-store pickup, please allow 24 hours for us to prepare your order. Please write your preferred pick-up date in the Special Instructions box during checkout.
